HIDL began as a blog and consultancy founded and led by me, Halah Mohammed. In 2023, HIDL transitioned into solely a consultancy in which I partner with people and organizations to create accessible and meaningful learning experiences for a variety of workplace learners, problems, and opportunities.

My approach to work is a combination of business-y & human-y.

Using thoughtful discussion and research, I deep dive into learning about my clients, the challenge(s) they are facing, and the ways in which we can collaborate to generate solutions. Using a variety of systematic and systemic methods, I analyze the challenge(s) presented by my clients and work with them to create learning-based interventions that are data driven (qualitative and quantitative), appropriate in application and scope, ethical, and evaluative.
